This summer I went to a lot of place. Especially the things I very enjoyed were family trip, fireworks, trip to sea, and trip to USA. In family trip, I went to Nagano and Yamanashi. When I was young, I went to a lot of place with family every year. But as time passed, we didn’t go any place, this trip was after a long time. In Yamanashi, we ate HOUTOU and a lot of peach. Both of them were really delicious. After that we went to Suwako and we stayed overnight there. Next day, we went to Komagatake and got on ropeway to top of the mountain. Around the top of mountain’s temperature was low, though it was the middle of summer. But air was clear, so I felt refreshed. After that we went back home. We stopped here and there along the way home. This trip became a good memory.
I went to see Nagaragawa fireworks with my friends. Actually I don’t like crowded place, so I hadn’t been to there. That day we went by car, but nobody prepared journey to Nagaragawa so we had a hard time arriving at Nagaragawa. We used freely cell phone we managed to get there. The fireworks began, it was so beautiful. Fireworks have many kinds, each of them was wonderful. They were very beautiful then I expected. Till then, I don’t like crowded place, but I would like to go to see the fireworks next summer.
I went to sea with my friends. Before we get to sea, I had already worn swimsuit. I was looking forward to coming this day. On arriving sea, I went into the water. Water was a little cold and clear than I expected. We swam with a flotation ring, went beyond our depth without a flotation ring, ate shaved ice, and buried one of my friends into the sands. Happy time passed like an arrow. When I get ready for coming back home, I realized that I forgot to apply sun block. That suntan still exists clearly.
From this summer, I was planning to study abroad in USA for nine months. I went to USA and spent a few weeks, but I couldn’t adjust there. As a result, I returned to Japan. I declined to be an exchange student, but never regretted. I went to USA all by myself, it was a short stay, but I spend with foreign people, and I returned to Japan all by myself. Through this experience, I realized lack of my English skills and I’m timid. This time I collapsed before completion, but I brush up my English, I would like to study abroad again. This summer I experienced things that have never happened before. It became unforgettable summer.
